Psalms 126

The Church, celebrating her incredible return out of captivity,

Psalms 126:1 {A song of degrees.} When the LORD turned againe the captiuitie of Zion: wee were like them that dreame. Psalms 126:2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing, then said they among the heathen: The LORD hath done great things for them. Psalms 126:3 The LORD hath done great things for vs: [whereof] we are glad.

prayeth for, and prophesieth the good success thereof.

Psalms 126:4 Turne againe our captiuitie, O LORD: as the streames in the South. Psalms 126:5 They that sow in teares: shall reape in ioy. Psalms 126:6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtlesse come againe with reioycing: bringing his sheaues [with him].
